For 10 years I have been building an online Health and Fitness business while working as a Registered Nurse.

About 4 years into my business I was able to retire from nursing to be home for my daughters transitioning into Junior high.

I was able to retire by matching earning six figures solely through the success of my Facebook Groups.

In 2017, I made a decision that it was my mission to GIVE FACEBOOK GROUPS a good name, teach online entrepreneurs, course creators, and coaches how to build amazing online communities who will always be your tribe no matter what business you are currently running.
