About Anna Gray, CRNFA, RN
I’m Anna Gray—a Registered Nurse First Assistant, perioperative nursing expert, and former Senior Clinical Systems Analyst with a unique blend of clinical, technical, and leadership experience. I support attorneys in medical malpractice cases through both expert testimony and behind-the-scenes consulting.
My background includes serving as a Clinical Manager in a busy trauma hospital operating room and as Director of Clinical Operations at a freestanding surgery center. These leadership roles have given me a broad perspective on surgical protocols, systems workflow, and the high-stakes decisions made in real-time clinical environments.
As a testifying expert, I offer clear, objective analysis and professional testimony to help legal teams understand whether surgical and perioperative care met accepted standards. Behind the scenes, I review cases for merit, identify deviations in care, and create customized medical chronologies and summaries that align with your litigation strategy.
With my additional experience as a Senior Clinical Systems Analyst, I also specialize in EMR and audit trail analysis—examining access logs, metadata, and documentation patterns to uncover what was charted, when, and by whom. My work supports attorneys in identifying documentation gaps, alterations, or timeline inconsistencies.
Beyond my professional life, I’m also a proud mother of two. I bring the same diligence, compassion, and integrity to my consulting work that I do to every part of my life. My goal is to deliver clear, credible, and clinically sound insight that strengthens your case
“Thank you for being willing to take on another challenging malpractice case with lots of records. You’re my secret weapon. ”
